★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got off the phone from a person in Kelowna after a shipment could not be off-loaded yesterday due to them sending a truck that couldn't handle the weight - we were told it would be here first thing in the morning and now have been informed it would be "before 5 pm" meanwhile our customer is waiting. when I asked to see if at all possible to have it sooner I was told "he's more than welcome to come get it himself". VERY Unprofessional and unhelpful. I will be spreading this experience around
