J	Jenon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left a note on the door to call me if I don't come to the door when they knock. No knock and no phone call yet I get the Attempted delivery email. They didn't leave my package at the door so I tried to call them and waited 30 minutes on hold just to be hung up on. Not impressed, not sure why Amazon still use Intelcom as this isn't the first time this has happened.
M	Mik Cole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost my birthday present from my son . . . I chatted 2x and called 1x and each time they said "next day" but nothing came. According to Tracking Info it was sitting in their warehouse in my town. Most likely it's sitting in someone's house right now. This has NEVER happened with Canada Post in my 50 years of shipping things. If it's important stuff I highly recommend NOT using Intelcom.
Y	Yuriy Babenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is too many. Absolutely atrocious company. They have had (and lost) my packages for 3 weeks now. Zero interest in finding them. I have reached out by email (as they ask you to do after you leave a bad review), I have called them, I have complained to Amazon, and nothing has changed. Not a care in the world from anyone at Intelcom. Re-ordered the same items (which are medical, CRITICALLY needed, and cannot be bought locally), and after a full day of being "out for delivery" yesterday, they lied to Amazon and said they attempted to deliver, but ran into an issue. They did NOT attempt to deliver. I'm sitting in my office, with full view of the front door ALL day. No one came. When they do deliver, nine out of ten times they do not knock or ring the bell. Of all the couriers I've used in Vancouver, in Vernon, and even in Washington state, I've never dealt with one as bad and as useless as Intelcom!
J	J V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a sham. MY package was scheduled for delivery on Sunday, the driver signed it off as delivered late on Sunday. When the company was contacted Monday they said it was a mistake and my package would be delivered Monday morning. I was then told Monday afternoon for delivery. Then i was told late on Monday it was never put back on the truck for delivery. i was told it would be Tuesday, then Wednesday i was assured the warehouse had my package and it was being put on a truck for delivery Wednesday morning. I waited on hold for 10 minutes while the agent "called" the depot. to verify this. As of now the product is nowhere to seen. I asked for a manager and for the call center to contact the warehouse again to advise on the location of my package. The agent advised that only an email requesting someone at the depot look for my product was done this morning. Apparently they don't even have a phone number to their depots and they don't have managers that customers can speak to. My package has not been scanned since the driver signed off it and then corrected the scan.
L	Ly Faber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Out of 3 recent orders from Amazon, this company only got one to me. I talked to a customer service agent 4 times and I left 2 messages on their website contact form. And nothing. I wish I could get Amazon to not use this company when I make order. EDIT: I have to update my review, one of the drivers here in Vernon has been awesome. He called me back, arranged to meet up. It was great, got my parcel.
K	Kait Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with this company. I ordered a package through Amazon and was told it would be delivered on Monday. Today is Saturday, and it obviously hasn't arrived. The tracking information has nothing beyond 'carrier picked up the package.' If I search the tracking number on the Intercom website, it says tracking number not found. Amazon has declared the parcel lost and issued a refund - which is great. However, since the item is a time-sensitive birthday present, I will have to go buy it at the store for $70 more than the price on Amazon. Not impressed. Also, they delivered a package for my work to a different address (same number, completely different street) Thankfully the neighbor who recieved it was kind enough to drop it to us.
A	Alden W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are always on time, and never too early. Drivers are always friendly and provide great service. Never have issues with parcels being delivered to the wrong spot. Just really can't say anything but good about them. I'm always happy when I get a email notice saying my Amazon package is being delivered by Intelcom! The even delivered up my rural driveway in a snowstorm! That's better than a certain federal delivery service provider would do...

I would love for Amazon to start using a different company for their deliveries. And this isn't the 1st time the other time they left a package underneath my recycling bin.
