★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good company to work as a company driver but NOT a good company to go be an owner operator i think there are better companies which pay way better mileage rate loaded and empty($1.20/mile). They donot provide the actual fuel card statements from the cards. They donot refund insurance unused pro rates once you leave the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think long and hard before joining this carrier. The owner is unavailable for help of any kind, he set his business up on autopilot and leaves the country. The office lacks signing authority.
They have lots of dispatchers in there and have their own dispatcher-owned trucks with drivers so you will get the worst loads after them. One dispatcher works remotely and prides himself on what he has as a customer, then gets mad, lies and tells you to wait because its apparently all your fault. Hey, I’m just telling my experience. Dispatch will make you sit in Calgary all day. Calling them annoys the office people, they can’t be bothered with a 2 minute phone conversation. Tell this carrier exactly how you need your insurance because they lack a proper understanding of an asset. They have multiple yards and zero company mechanics. Don’t expect maintenance to be done unless your willing to take a cab back after dropping their power unit off. You can get time off as you wish. HR gives excuses when asking for what you require. Make your own decisions, fire Pro Ex instead. Hope this has been informative to somebody.
Run flatdeck, baby. Don’t work for big carriers, own your own Pete instead. Your doing the work anyway, get paid good for it.

They have clean new equipment, both Ryan & Tyler are pretty great to work with, once I get dispatched I don’t hear from anyone and I like that, I do my job and go home! For hauling a dry van around the pay is definitely top notch, probably the highest in the industry!
Don’t let the negative google reviews from other drivers steer you away, they’re obviously cry babies… it really is simple work…
