★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second attempt to do business with this company. 2 attempts required 3 trips, as the staff is so incompetent. You place your order for pickup, thinking this should be easy….the staff has no idea what they are doing. Wrong hinges, wrong soft close hardware each time! I ordered 6 pair of soft close hinges, 50%….half were wrong!! Exhausting driving back and forth to Kelowna from penticton to exchange items every time! We do not recommend doing business with them.
