When I called to ship our container they said it was minimum 2 weeks, then they misplaced our paperwork for our container even though I was told all eyes were on it. It took 17 days from pickup before it appeared while we sat in our new home without our possessions. Calls were not returned when I left messages for our rep.

On the day the container was supposed to be delivered to our house it was really cold and some equipment wasn`t working. I got a phone call early in the morning informing me about the delay and making arrangements to deliver the container the next day. The drivers who dropped off and picked up the container were very professional. They called before arriving and made sure to listen what my needs were. The container with all my family's belongings arrived at our new house with everything intact.

I was going through a extremely stressful time and moving wasn't helping. Big steel made my stress level to a zero. I can't say enough great things about this company. Shout out to Brooks in the booking department for going above and beyond for me and they guys in the yard for making it happen. Under a very stressful real estate transaction that is going very very wrong these guys helped me with extremely short notice to offset my box being moved to the house I am suppose to own but now do not. They have been the easiest place to work with and even though they had very little wiggle room to accommodate this, a team of wonderful people went above and beyond what they needed to do to take a little stress off my life and I know that is a company that I want to support and work with and if it was my guys would have a big cheers and give a big thank you too for making our clients feel the way these guys made me feel! S	Sasha Logan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a multitude of containers that we had filled and moved out of province, everything was going well until towards the end we kept calling and needed an extra container at the end however no one would return our calls to book another container they would promise to contact us but we wouldn't hear back. Time was running out and we were starting to feel stressed out! Finally I talked with Jen at the Kelowna office and she was able to get us a container right away. We were told that we could book dates when needing containers dropped off with our items, we ran in to a few instances where we would receive bins at around midnight or later then scheduled, or have a confirmed bookings and then no shows not even calls from the company explaining why our scheduled bin didn't show up on the confirmed days. Once again we reached out to multiple individuals with no progress. At this point we were frustrated as our kids had been on air mattresses' for close to a month. However the one individual that was always willing and able to fix the issues was Jen. She is a serious asset to the company, I'm so grateful that there was a saving grace to the headaches we were experiencing. Without her help I don't know how much longer we would of had to wait. I'm so grateful to her and all of her help! She was kind, fast, professional and knowledgeable. There are people that talk and people that do, she is definitely a doer because, she was able to fix any issues that arose immediately when no one else could. Naomi
