J	Joerg Rosset on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired this company to disassemble furniture (beds, closets) and store everything in 2 storage containers and then unpack everything at our new location 3 months later and re-assemble what they had disassembled. They were not able to re-assemble everything as they had lost or misplaced some screws needed to re-assemble a bed. We were also promised a well trained, very experienced crew (we were told that had over 30 years of experience) and when the crew arrived to unpack everything and re-assemble some items, the most experienced of the crew had 5 years on the job, the second most experienced person had a few month on the job and the 3rd person enjoyed his very first day on the job. The whole job cost us over $5,600, which was way too much. We also had to hire somebody else to re-assemble the one bed that was missing the screws. Finally got a ridiculous $100 credit for the trouble. Not able to recommend this company.

We needed to merge our things, store it for a month, and then have it shipped long distance to Edmonton a month later. The 2 movers arrived precisely on time, packed and moved all our items big or small, as if it were their own. A month later, today, our items were delivered to our new location in Edmonton, literally to the minute they were on time and very communicative. Knowing "things always break in a move" I was prepared for an item or 2 to be damaged, scuff, broken, chipped. To my surprise, NOT a single item fit that description. 3 movers on the Edmonton side, lead by Lou, were friendly, efficient, and handled all items with care. Thank you to all from the Kelowna 2 person moving crew, to the long-distance haulers, to the 3 person moving crew in Edmonton. We had a great experience with this company from start to end. I'd also like to thank Nicole White, who works for the company as well. She organized all the dates, times, locations, logistics. We paid a flat rate that is very competitive to other companies. After many quotes and conversations, I decided to trust Two Small Men with Big Hearts. I am so happy I did. They were absolutely amazing! From the call centre to the crew, everyone was so accommodating. I told the movers that it would be really inconvenient for me if they weren’t able to fit every single item. And I knew that it was going to be close. But they packed that truck perfectly like a Tetris game and fit everything, which saved me a trip and possibly having to rent another trailer. Moves are stressful enough, and these guys definitely took a weight off my shoulders. If you are reading this review…… don’t forget to tip your movers. They deserve it!

I had a call back on a Sunday evening after I had emailed in looking for a quote on a move from Kelowna to Calgary and Eileen at the office made everything easy! They kept in contact up to moving day and Chris and Tristan were right on time, were careful with everything they packed up and extremely efficient. Upon arrival, Chris was early even and with a helper had everything unpacked at the new place and then the remainder to storage. I would highly recommend Two Small Men!!

We had some large and awkward pieces of furniture they maneuvered out of our own home and into our new one without complaint or damage. They made the move so much easier, we never want to move without using the services of a mover again. And when I researched and compared quotes they had the best value for your money, even better!
M	Mark Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used 2 Small Men with Big Hearts Moving in Kelowna on January 25th to move some furniture from a friend's house to my condo and Art and Logan who did my move definitely lived up to the name on the truck...they were outstanding!!! I was so impressed with how quickly they worked and making sure all of my items were wrapped and secured with blankets...very professional and courteous in dealing with me and my friends. At my condo unfortunately the couch couldn't quite fit in the elevator and Art and Logan didn't hesitate and carried it up 3 flights of stairs and I didn't hear one negative comment...just a great attitude. In conclusion, I would never hesitate to recommend 2 Small Men with Big Hearts moving company to anyone needing to make a move and in fact I already have to anyone I've spoken with since yesterday. Art and Logan represent their company so well...Great job Guys thank you for your efforts!!! Mark Smith
