Okanagan Packing & Moving

We contacted Okanagan Packing and Moving Help to unload a U Haul truck filled with our home contents into storage. We were contacted to confirm times and dates and the guys showed up on time and did a great job for us. They ensured all the contents were packed in storage so that there would be no damage and so that everything fit. They were very courteous and personable. We felt that the amount charged was very fair for the work done. We are very happy with our whole experience and have already booked Okanagan Packing and Moving Help to move our stuff from storage into our new home. We highly recommend this company and the guys there, they really went above and beyond. Thank you

Nol and his team were absolutely amazing. Great, straightforward communication. They were on time and had awesome attitudes. I think moving is the hardest thing in the world and they made short work of it. Our bill matched our estimate which always makes me happy. :) Our move was complicated with house to storage and they made it work. We will definitely be calling them back when we find our forever home and we can get all of our treasures out of storage! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team of movers! Great experience using Okanagan Packing & Moving. Great communication leading up to the day and the move went so smoothly. Nol & his team were excellent. They worked well together and helped us protect all our furniture. They perfectly packed up two containers for us and we realized we needed a 3rd. Nol said would be to bring a moving truck and take it to a container that I was able to secure at the last minute. He always kept us up-to-date on his time frame. He sent photos of the 3rd packed container and the container numbers and sent us the keys. Very thorough. I highly recommend his company. I will definitely call them again.

We had a great experience with Okanagan packing and moving. Firstly, their flexibility and hourly rate was better than the competition. On the morning of our move there was a huge snowstorm. The owner came early and helped me shovel. We had a group of three movers, and they quickly loaded the truck. They were very friendly and helpful. The unloading process went even more smoothly. I'm very happy we chose this company. I don't foresee moving again in the near future, but if I do, I'm 100% hiring them again.

I contacted Nol and his team back in October for a November 29 move to a new rental home in Princeton to another home in Princeton on higher ground we paid a small deposit to hold our move. I had then started packing up what we didn’t need upstairs in the master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and my office. BUT 2weeks before we could move On Nov 14th the town and our home flooded 5ft into the basement where Our two kids rooms with a mini suite for our adult daughter and storage areas where. We were evacuated and not allowed inside until the house was inspected. After that was completed, during The next 2weeks we worked to get the water and everything out of the basement. Nol called me immediately once he heard about the devastation in Princeton. We confirmed we would still need help moving and we would talk a day or so later to make sure the hwy was open to get through. The salvage debris from the basement couldn’t be left outside when the volunteers helped empty everything so it needed to go back into the house but into the upstairs making it really messy to handle. And us unable to pack what wasn’t yet inside the house. Nils team moved it all as is to get us out ❤️When the hwy closed for a second flooding Nov 28th the night before the big move it had just opened early morning around 7am but by 8:30am there had been a car accident with fatalities so Nol and his team where stuck waiting in the line up 8kms a way. Nol communicated throughout the whole time.with me. They got to the old house by noon and worked til 5pm to get everything completed. Maneuvering our towns detours and high volume traffic from the coquihalla shut down was crazy too. BUT they did it! We are so happy with their hard work and service. Price is totally fair and with 3 of them here - 2 we’re moving stuff out and one inside the uhaul packing and arranging made it go by even faster. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family :) pictures are from the flooded house with salvage basement debris and the new house ? we are unpacking and healing from our losses thanks Nol and team for being part of this new chapter for us we will never forget your kindness in our time of trauma we are so grateful ❤️??
