R	Rob Bannatyne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought soil from the owner of this business but when he was loading it into my pickup he accidentally damaged my roof rack with the loader. As he was aware of the roof rack and had loaded my truck a couple times previously without issue it was my feeling that he was not adequately paying attention which resulted in damage to my property. I tried speaking with him on the subject but he only responded with anger and told me he should never have have loaded it in the first place. I considered trying to fight for some sort of compensation but then decided against it, life is to short for that sort of thing. Lesson learned, in dealing with this business.
H	Herman Huyskamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jerald Grassmick's business cards claim that he is "specializing in sewer and septic system installation and repair" and that he has been "serving Kelowna for over 35 years". Certainly sounds impressive, but when I hired him to do some excavation work on my property, he broke a Fortis natural gas line. Of course, accidents happen: however, he told me right away that he was not insured for this kind of damage- hard to believe when you've been running a business in Kelowna for over 35 years.I've since been billed by Fortis for the damage, and Grassmick is refusing to reimburse or compensate me for the damage he has caused, nor has taken any responsibility for his actions.VERY disappointing. I would NOT recommend his business to anyone.

Through a communication error he brought the wrong material and dumped it at my place before I could signal him. He was so apologetic! It was never a problem. He went back to his yard, loaded up the correct material, got his backhoe and returned to drop the good stuff and remove the other material at no cost to me. This is the second time I have used him and would reccomend him in a heartbeat. Good honest people to work with!!

A	Amy Litster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of their trucks just ran a red light, nearly side swiped me and ran over a curb dividing the road in an intersection. I kept honking but very visibly this driver was not caring and/or under the influence. No license plate on vehicle to report to police.
