Kathy did the loveliest job on our Portuguese Water Dog’s cut this am. Bea’s just over 8 months old and still a handful. Karen was amazing with her and did an excellent job. I would recommend Karen for sure!!!!!

We only use Kathy for our grooming service. She is super friendly and kind to the dogs! Very accommodating and great quality grooming!

I have been a client of Kathy's for a year now, and take two of my dogs there, I have always recommended her to any one in the community until now. In March, she groomed my goldendoodle and charged me $168 instead of the regular $70, which I didn't notice until after I left as I was busy chatting with the groomers while paying, and no one had mentioned a different cost. I went home and called, but the salon was closed so sent Kathy a Facebook message asking what the extra costs were for in which she explained. She offered to reimburse me the cost for dematting since the new employee had not told me about it, I never once asked for a reimbursement only an explanation. Fast forward to today, I take my yorkie in, and had a groomer other than Kathy bring me the machine, I asked if I could use my credit and she goes in and asks Kathy about it (I was standing outside as per their COVID policy). I could see Kathy was frustrated. She came outside and was absolutely rude to me that I was "ASKING" for a credit, I explained it was my understanding that I had a credit, but if not I don't mind paying even if there is a difference in cost. She started walking away rolling her eyes, and says no its fine... she also needed to add in there that in March she came in specifically for me to show me how to brush dude to avoid matting, and that I didn't show up and how she took time out of her day off to come in just for me, which is a lie. She told me in our messages that she was coming in to shave an older dog, and I could come by. But she felt it was necessary to lie about this today to make me feel bad. This was just before COVID and everything started shutting down, not to mention I am pregnant and was self isolating right after this appt to avoid getting myself, my unborn child and my other two younger kids sick! I will not be taking either of my dogs back. Totally unprofessional, rude, with no customer service skills. To get mad at me for asking for my credit that SHE offered. Not to mention, she has been grooming my SENIOR yorkie for a year and she came home with one of her cysts nicked and bloody... I would not recommend Kathy to anyone anymore. Very bad attitude. I would rather drive into Kelowna than give Kathy my business.

Kathy is the best groomer ever!! She's kind, courteous, professional and a very talented groomer! Our baby girl Jazmin always comes out looking beautiful!! Jazmin can be a little stinker when it comes to getting groomed, bathed or even a nail clipping. I don't know how you do it Kathy, but I'm sure glad we have you! Thanks Kathy for always going over and above you are amazing!

My little Chihuahua was a Drama Queen getting her nails trimmed Thanks to Kathy it is now a pleasure! Great lady and our pets know that too ? didn’t take long for Tiki to trust her!

Kathy’s did an amazing job on my dogs cut! Malcolm is 10 years old now and have had many cuts but I have to say that they got it to look exactly the way I imagined for the first time! Love it and he looks like a boy! Great Job!

I tried Kathy despite seeing her poor customer service reviews, and I am so glad I did. Kathy return my message within minutes and was accommodating to my last minute needs. She was able to take my pup in same day for a cut, bath, and blow out when my other groomer cancelled. I will be returning from now on for all my dog grooming needs. Thank you Kathy!!
