★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to this location a lot and always been a good experience but I had an exceptionally great experience with Heather as I had a couple of missing items that I noticed when I got home and even tho I had to go back to store to pick them up, she gave me a little point bonus for my troubles!
She really made things right!
I appreciate great customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be friendly and very helpful but since the change over with a different owner everything changed. Staff were unfriendly and get annoyed with me when I asked them why I did not get a phone call on a new medication and was not a plan covered prescription. Before I always was called when something new charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I’ve ever had at a shoppers, not once, not twice, but every time I go here. Staff are incompetent— 1 male cashier that has cashed me out now 2 days in a row is unable to answer any of my questions. His response is always “uhhh I don’t know”. Every time I approach the pharmacy desk, no one acknowledges me, and just makes me feel like I’m an inconvenience!
Today was the last straw. I’m switching pharmacies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word to describe this pharmacy - dishevelled. Never have I encountered such a dishevelled pharmacy. I had my prescription faxed to the pharmacy and when I went to pick-up my prescription a few hours later it was buried in a pile of prescriptions. I was in pain and sat there waiting for my prescription to be filled. My spouse also had their prescription faxed to the pharmacy on May 20. When we went to pick-up the prescription on May 24 it was still sitting there unfilled. The pharmacy said they had no information on my spouse. Why did the pharmacy not contact the doctor or contact us if they had no information on my spouse? Instead they just left the prescription unfilled. We will not return to this pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff at the pharmacy, impatient and not understanding towards your needs. Go somewhere else because if you have any trouble you will likely get dismissed here or treated like the biggest nuisance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use to be a 5 star rating and always had positive interactions with this pharmacy. Sadly over the past year or so pharmacy service is not good at all. Not sure what has changed with this pharmacy perhaps short staffing but some errors made (and some I didn't even bother addressing with them) and then not good interactions with some staff when trying to resolve--the tone feels like you are bothering them and they are just too busy for your inquiry or many implausible excuses given. Really considering changing pharmacies after being a loyal customer of Shoppers Drug Mart for many years. Increasing this review from 1 to 3 given the issue with my medication was resolved. Going to stay with Shoppers for now and hope to be back on here leaving a 5 star in the future.
