i just listened the most blatant disregard for customer service ever.. and had it followed up with a lack of concern from the manager when I called in the complaint. I know understand why this Tim Horton's has such low reviews. Hopefully the owners of this franchise pay attention to their reviews, and make some staff changes. There is another Tim Horton's 5 min down the road in either direction. I'd recommend passing this one over.

Rude and unattentive. The attendant got distracted several times while taking and order by talking to another TH employee, got the order wrong and when I pointed that out, gave me a rude, pointless excuse and asked me if I still want my food. I didn't. Disappointing.. Not reflecting of one of the Canadian icons.

Place has the worst service inhave ever seen was treat disrespectful and when i questioned the server she told me off and would not serve me . That is not how you treat customers period the very qorst place i have ever been . Very racial place 0 -0

Been kinda avoiding here for a bit and came back today to see if they had changed or not. Big time no they havent. Got myself some coffees, chillie meal, and time bits. Heres what my expeience was and kinda stays in line with my past orders. The chillie was soupy and watered down. Hardly any beef, mushrooms or beans. Spicy water was close to this. The 20 tim bits i had gotten where 10 and 10 or the chacolate and old fasioned. No other ones. Felt a lack of variety there. But i wont be picky there. The coffees seem to be the ONLY thing this tims is able to do right. And promtly.

Beware this is the worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to I wouldn’t even give it a one star. They are so unfriendly they never get the order right at the drive through. When I go in to get the order they make you wait at the till for a good 5-8 minutes. I’ve been late for work a few times, also I ordered donuts at around 7:00 pm they hardly have any and the ones they do have are stale and old they should be ashamed of them selves. They don’t even care!

These clowns put raw bacon on my gf sandwich and we had to ask 3 times to get condiments on sandwichs even though we paid for it on first trip through drive thru, eventually gf had to go into store to get them. If you have to pick this trashcan of an establishment I would suggest you just sit in the drive thru till they fix your order, they did 5 more orders through drive thru before fixing our 5 second issue. It wasn't even busy .. Total time wasted 20 minutes

Horrible customer service. Ordered two drinks and two wraps. I received one drink at first but realized it was wrong. Handed it back to the worker who put it with the rest of the drinks to be served to the customers behind us in the drive through. I thought this was odd as it should have gone right into the garbage. They hand us the right drinks and then a bag of food which was not what we ordered. We informed the worker who got the manager and they asked us to confirm our order. We asked if we could keep the food as it would go in the garbage anyway, she quickly and rudely said no but that was fine. I still saw the drink we had given back still sitting in the spot with other orders for behind us. Now this food has been touched by us and I felt something was off about this whole situation. So I crushed the food in the bag before handing it back as it was not appropriate to be served to the next customer. The manager was not happy about this and I said it’s going in the garbage anyway. She said thanks for helping me do my job and then called me inappropriate language and slammed the drive through window on us. I called corporate to make a complaint while sitting in the drive through. She finally came back after a few minutes with a piece of paper and the managers number while yelling at me. The corporate worker heard what was said and noted this also. I am waiting on a call from the district manager. The manager was completely inappropriate, disrespectful. I think this store should be shut down for trying to serve food that other customers have touched, it’s disgusting. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!

I came to this Tim Hortons this morning (February 12th around 9:25 am) ordered a breakfast wrap and had a hard piece of shredded plastic in my wrap. I've already made a previous review because I come to this Tim Hortons daily and am always disappointed but this is getting ridiculous...
