The help given to us this morning, was above and beyond what was necessary and left us with both a deep gratitude for and complete confidence that Capri CMW Insurance is taking care of our interests. I highly recommend this insurance broker!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am mortified by the sheer ignorance I experienced trying to renew my insurance today, rarely have I ever seen employees be so flagrantly disrespectful while standing right at the doorway of their place of work.
This really painted an image of the company as a whole terribly as two employees were so rude during my entire two minutes of interaction with them. I don't know if I've ever left a review before but their level of stupidity was astounding, so I felt the need to at least say something.

Then we just needed 5 minutes to get a document to insure our truck and they wouldn’t wait to close up. Poor customer service and bad brokering. Never going back here after the condescending treatment I’ve received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother filling out their online auto renewal form. If you're not available to take their call they delete you info so when you call back you have to start all over from scratch. Waste of time, will be using a competitor in the future.

The inability to speak to someone and needing to rely on email requests to speak to someone is horrible customer service. As a customer, waiting around in the hopes that a call comes back in tike is terrible. Don't know of another service or vendor I use where I can't simply call someone to get the info I need when I need it, not when they can get to me.
I'd rather wait on the line for 45 minutes, like Gov't and airlines, than rely on generic email forms. I won't return as a customer, which is sad, because you're down the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I have pretty great customer service from this location. This time I called to ask some questions about out of province inspections and I couldn’t even ask the first question before I was cut off. When I tried to explain what information I was trying to find out it was the same thing. By the end I didn’t feel like I could have said anything to better explain and never even got to ask the original question I was trying to find out. At the end I was told very abruptly thank you and was hung up on. Really disappointed and frustrating experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ANY TIME I have had to deal with Capri, in Lake Country, I ALWAYS get GREAT service. Even if I have to call, ALWAYS a pleasant greeting and I can hear the smile of whoever answers. Have insured my vehicles, done transfer papers AND my apartment insurance with Capri.
