J	Jay J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer care and service. 10 minute+ wait on chicken and then you get a burnt bun, chicken that looks like burnt rubber and texture to follow, fries colder than ice and no extra sauslce that we paid for. If you are driving through lake Country just go to a and w. They have some sense of what they are actually doing.

When I got to window and asked if they put ketchup in bag she lady at window said yes but nope there wasn't. Also my fries were cold no extra pickles and onion on My burger but they even put the sticker on it. One of the worst mcdonalds I've been to. I don't expect much considering but spending money on there laziness and rudeness isn't idle.

I don't know her name and doesn't have her name tag but she has small eyes she speaks another language with her co -workers. I think she's Chinese or Filipino (because of her color it's like Filipino)not sure but her smile was so contagious it made my day. Please tell her to keep that smile. Too bad I can't go there often, bcos I'm from Vernon. Very good service. Keep it up????
T	Trevor Wentzell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and consistent little place. Drive through has terrible order to window dynamics, have seen a dozen people backup to make the corner. Or are so far away from the window that the poor worker needs to build a bridge with their arms just to accept payment.
