★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get my very first pair of glasses. This owner seems to not take to women very nicely and I was not treated well by him. I had to return my glasses twice due to manufacturing errors and by the third time he stated 'this is really ridiculous and it's enough now' I agreed it was ridiculous but he was projecting at me and continued. When I went to find out about my glasses he handed me a refund. Thank you for saving me from any continued business with this company. I also had a friend who's daughter just needed an adjustment to her glasses with one of those screwdrivers for them so she went to him for help and he refused because she was not a client. If you are a male you will have no problems but female I would recommend you go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The optometrist Doug is wonderful but the owner of Mona vision is a total joke. Called to ask some information off my file months later, as I wanted to order a specific blue light blocking frame online and he refused to give it to me. Only helpful if you are filling their pockets. Horrible customer service, I won't be returning.

I have known Marsel, the owner, for many years and he is always very pleasant to deal with. He will give you great advice on anything to do with your vision. They have a great selection of eyewear products at reasonable prices. I am very happy to support a local business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a pair of glasses bought online to be adjusted (paid, of course). After a lengthy conversation about the ills of online optical purchases, Marcel “chose” not to provide service. The rudeness was uncalled for and disappointing for a local business. A simple “I’m sorry, we aren’t able to provide that service” would have sufficed. We have purchased complete sets of glasses here in the past and would not recommend or do so in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Dad in for his appointment to Mona Vision and I was blown away by the amazing service they provided for him. My dad struggles with Parkinsons and it was awesome how accommodating, caring and attentive they were. Front desk was lovely, the optometrist was very clear, friendly and thorough and I just can't say enough wonderful things about Marsel. It's no wonder my Dad has been coming here for years. Thank you all for continuing to be great to my Dad.
