★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to order contact lenses , they told me the couldn’t order more contacts because I was past due on eye exam, I specifically told them I was traveling and needed them before I left , so I set up exam , after my exam and paying my 80 dollars they told me I couldn’t get contacts till I had an eye fitter and they don’t have one !! Told me to go somewhere else for an eye fitter! It’s very bad customer service when you don’t reveal this information till after their exam and knowing why I was there! Just let me tell anyone who plans to go to the Walmart vision center, that I went home and ordered them online , had them cheaper and in three days, great customer service and didn’t ask me to go to an eye fitter or the date on my last exam!! Done with them ! But happy that I found something better through this bad experience!!

Diane helped me make an informed decision regarding the transition from requiring progressive lens to single vision lens. I found a few stylish frames, asked for Diane's opinion, and ordered my computer glasses. The glasses came in early. Diane helped me through the adjustment period and was willing to have new lens put in if required. The advice was excellent and sure enough my brain adjusted to the eye changes. Diane was articulate, patient, and has a designer's eye for the right frame. The glasses are perfect. I recommend this vision center because of the excellence of the staff and their honest advice and service. The prices and quality of product are excellent also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird experience, the lady kept telling me they won’t have any one for eye exams for months, and even though they were open, she wasn’t very inviting or asked any questions. Kind of seem like she didn’t ‘feel’ like helping me, like if she worked at a heart clinic and said, we don’t have doctors here but is heart working, or do you use it often? She kept telling me to go to Superstore? Who tells you to go to other stores, when yours is empty? She basically was there to offer zero help...awesome, can’t wait to tell my friends to never, ever, ever, go there...ever...off putting skills man, maybe you should work somewhere else, bcuz you’re really bad at this job!

Helpful staff and they have sanitizing practices in place for trying on frames
