★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the experience. I was clear with my budget. the associates did not try to up sell me or push me into spending more than I could afford. They were Accommodating and helpful. The optometrist answered all my questions and was a very nice person. 10/10 will go back.

I have sent another member of my family to Specsavers and would highly recommend you. I really appreciated the coupon I was given and will most likely be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving them 3 stars because it took me having to order my 2 pairs of glasses three times... I went in on Jan 22 and ordered to pairs. over a week later they came in, I looked at the lenses and they weren't made with the thin lenses I paid extra for... ok mistakes happen so they reorder the two pairs again over a week later they come in and the one pair was perfect but the second frames were not the original ones I ordered. So now the third time these have been ordered. I waited almost 4 weeks for those frames to come in. I never received a text that they were sitting at the store for over two weeks. Overall the customer service was pretty good but definitely not happy it took so long to get my glasses

The optometrist understood my concerns when it comes to my career and how I rely heavily on color perception, and he advocated for me to have a prescription that matched. And the people working gave me honest feedback on what frames suite me, felt like being among friends. Will absolutely recommend to my friends!

on walking in, I found numerous frames that I liked and very quickly found frames that worked for me, that surprised me. I still like them!
The staff was super friendly and helpful!
All in all--- 5 star, baby EASY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have I gone to get an eye exam and new glasses (which is typically a run-of-the-mill experience) and left having a big smile on my face. These 5 stars aren't just for the competitive pricing on frames and lenses, they're mostly for the above and beyond customer service delivered by several members of the staff. I'm not even in the store yet and I was met with a positive welcome from an employee at the entrance, followed by the reasonable wait time being filled with upbeat conversation with another. The exam itself was a very cool experience, one part being an eye health exam with state of the art machines, and the second being the actual eye exam (1 or 2, 3 or 4); both parts run by friendly examiners. After that I was guided by a very knowledgeable salesman (Steven) who helped me find not just 2 of the best frames, but also the most cost efficient. The highest commendations go to employee Faith, and store manager Tanya who showed immense patience and effort in sorting out specific details, helping me get the most out of the various lens options and the promotion I took advantage of. Even when the computer system itself was glitching, the positivity and laughs never wavered. I can confidently say I will be using Specsavers Optometry in Orchard Park Mall here in Kelowna exclusively from now on, and you won't regret choosing them for your optical needs.
