★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got attitude when we asked questions. Wanted us to sign we denied services never offered and became patronizing and attitudinal when we asked what we were signing and why we weren't offered the information. Refused to give her card or her name, we had to ask other staff. Evelyn should not be in customer service. The rest of staff defended Evelyn's right not to give us the info asked for and for her attitude. Will not be back. After previous bad experiences we have tried it again to see if it improves but keeps getting worse. Both shady untrusted business practices and poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ask me to come for auto registration without appointment. So when I reach there and it was almost 1 hr 15 minutes left for closing still they told me to come the next day. They made silly excuses but eventually look like they were not in the mood at that time to take my task
I would have given 0 star if that option was available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible staff. Lady kicked us out when there was 10 minutes left till closing. Cudda done what we needed in 10 minutes easily. The ither place did. Staff are just rude and lazy. Dont go here. Theres many other places

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give negative stars I would! When clients call you don't just hang up in them. That's absolutely ignorant and unprofessional! I'll make sure to take my insurance needs to basically anywhere but your establishment.
When I renewed last year it was bad enough the "gentleman" that helped me was oogling me and even repeated my address and winked at me like somehow the fact he knew where I lived was an invitation for him to come over! Disgusting staff and appalling ethic! Gross

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were confused of their new insurance scale and initially told me I was a poor driver, they were reading the number backwards and I have a nearly perfect score at .450 not the 1.45 they originally stated. Quoted me 140$ but turned out to be 67$ monthly. Nice people though.
