D	Duke Haire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my grandson that is 13 here for a back to school cut. The young lady he had was very personable. She listened to him when he was explaining what he wanted. She made conversation with him all through the cut which helped him to feel quite comfortable. He is very happy with his cut ✂️.

A	Aliya Bieber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had my hair cut at Great Clips downtown location. I moved to Rutland recently and decided I would try their Rutland location. The stylist did exactly what I didn’t want and rather than attempting to cut my hair how I asked she cut it how she wanted , with a chop 3 inches longer than the rest of my hair on one side. When I told her I didn’t like it and it wasn’t what I asked for she yelled at me. She continued to talk about how young people always do this and then tried to justify the haircut but putting in thick cream and fluffing my hair to the point I couldn’t even get a brush through it without showering right after. She then yelled at me every time she asked if the cut was okay and I said I didn’t really like it. And then tried to convince me to buy product that “would make me like it more”. Overall a terrible experience especially after all the wonderful ones I have had.

They told me they didn’t have time to fix them when they are the ones who made the mistake. It would take less than 2 minutes to fix and they wouldn’t help me. There was 1 person in the lobby waiting and staff available.

The stylist nodded, then proceeded to cut my hair VERY short, ruining almost a year's worth of growth. I'm a young woman and I feel they gave me the standard "old lady" haircut without regard for what I wanted or what would look good. The store was clean, but after a cut like that I won't be back.
