★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not eat the donuts. Perhaps something other than their donuts, but not going back to try. Their donuts are like dense bread... Not fluffy or airy. Chunky, with a heavy chew. The fondant is so sweet, there's probably no actual chocolate in it. The Boston creme was not more than a vanilla pudding and whatever they thought a kelownut was - it's Not like a croissant at all, was like eating an entire loaf of bread on one bite. Pastries are not something they should do well here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place, the regular staff are sweet and helpful. They always recognize their regulars. They make amazing treats ❤ Luv their sour dough bread, apple turn overs, sausage rolls and black forest cake. I shop here regularly, super convenient location in heart of Rutland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bread, buns, and pastries. Sometimes if you get there too late they’ll be out of things like hamburger buns. Otherwise the products are great and fresh. Very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lemonicious is super sweet, I wouldn't recommend getting it. The key lime pie tastes ok but the texture of the lime section of the pie is so soft and stretchy. You can get better one elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely experience at Specialty Bakery today. I went just around lunchtime, it wasn't busy and they had loads of different types of doughnuts, cakes and cookies available. I bought a Blackforest doughnut and it was delicious! Loads of topping and filling, and it was freshly baked. The service was friendly and welcoming too.
