S	Sue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone into this bakery everyday for almost 21 years I buy my cream there I buy my donuts there but this morning I walked in and the lady at the counter was so rude and disrespectful she had a freezer full of cremo and refused to sell me two ... I have never been treated bad in that store until today I won't return...I called to speak to a manager the person on the phone took all my information said they would call me right back and I still have not heard from anyone so obviously customers are not important

Vol au Vent are something that are hard to find these days. Most people just stare and ask you to repeat what you said. I called Mary at the Specialty Bakery and Bistro and voila! She knew what we needed and was able to produce them in one day!! I am so grateful to Mary for making our celebration perfect and I appreciate how efficient and willing she was. I can't say enough about the great service and the delicious Vol au Vent she made. Thank you Mary .... :)

There is a lot of space with seating to dine in. The location is a little away from the city centre but I'm assuming it gets a lot of traffic from the local businesses at lunchtime.
L	Luke R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only attest to the quality of the donuts. Sure they're a bit more expensive than say Tim Hortons, but Specialty Bakery's fresh made Kelownuts are worth every penny. No tax on six, and not tax plus a free extra donut on a dozen. My only complaint is that my lack of self control leads me to eat 3+ of these monsters every time.
