Which can lead to errors in communication, they told me my car was being fixed in an exhaust shop, however, they confused it and instead my car just sat in the dealership for a week. However, after realizing their error they were able to move my car to an exhaust shop free of charge. All in all, good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our Volvo in for a brake issue they replace them. Great! Then I made it five minutes off of the lot and my power steering wasn’t working so the guy at the parts department desk was great had somebody come out and meet me and give me a loaner car and they took our car away but they’re now charging us nearly 3 grand to fix the power steering that wasn’t broken before we gave it to them. They are claiming it was just a fluke chance but how I see it is they don’t want us to be return customers because something that wasn’t an issue until the car was in their possession we now have to find the money to pay for. Doesn’t bode well for a couple he’s looking to upgrade their car in the next little bit doesn’t make me want to use them anymore. Even if it was a fluke it wasn’t an issue until the car was in their possession for a day and now I have to find money to pay to fix something that wasn’t broken before.

I appreciated them moving the service along quickly in light of me having to pick up my daughter from daycare by a deadline! And always checking the warranties. He was very attentive, and went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were happy with our vehicle, and that the entire process of our trade-in and sale went smoothly. Shaun and the service team at Volvo Cars Kelowna were great to deal with from a distance and once I got the car down to them they had me back up and running the same day. Even discovered after the fix that my car had heated mirrors I didn't even know it had! Great service all around. Thanks guys!
