My entire experience with Kelowna Hyundai was excellent from sales to financing to insurance. It was pleasure talking to him (Mike) walking around the car lot discussing what suits my needs. They truly value their customers. Never a better experience buying a vehicle. Michel Ister was extremely helpful and professional.

We walked in to look at a new vehicle and were greeted by their friendly sales person, Steve. He listened to exactly what we wanted and did what he had to get the vehicle we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised by all the sales people with their friendly demeanour. Great place to buy a car, we got exactly what we wanted and were able to trade off our older mode truck. We bought a 2011 Kia sorrento and are very happy with it. It had some minor cosmetic damage but the dealership took care of that for us before we drove off the lot later that week. Steve was outstanding! Thanks!

Excellent experience. I was given the royal treatment. My salesman Michael Wu was very accommodating and helpful when it came to driving my car back and forth from my house to the dealership and back. The manager of Hyundai, Connor, was genuinely interested in solving my little problem and acted quickly in doing so. I praise the staff and management of this Hyundai dealership for their hard work, the service they provide and in keeping customers happy. Thank you !

I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful person I dealt with (Sabina I think). I had an issue I brought the car in. They were very busy but managed to fix the issue. The receptionist actually stayed an additional 30 mins to make sure I got the keys and she explained the issue and how it was fixed. I love Hyundai. This is my third new car I have bought from Hyundai. I have dealt with 3 dealerships now and I received exceptional service from each.

Buying my new ride at Kelowna Hyundai was a great experience. Our salesman Steve was so friendly and went above and beyond with any questions or concerns I had (even the dumb ones) LOL. He didn't hesitate to help me out with anything I needed, even after buying the car. The manager Sam was also a great guy. Easy to talk to, friendly and fair. I absolutely love my 2017 Tucson. Steven made my experience at Hyundai smooth and enjoyable; he was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. While deciding on which vehicle to purchase I went back and forth between multiple dealerships and Steven went above and beyond to offer outstanding customer service and I felt reassured in my decision because of the great job he did answering all of my questions and educating me on my options without making me feel pressured or rushed. It was apparent that he genuinely cared because he was attentive to my concerns and was very helpful, patient and understanding. He helped me to feel confident about my Hyundai purchase and I appreciated that he took the time to personally educate me on my new vehicle and follow up with me after my purchase to ensure I was satisfied, I also felt reassured in knowing I could contact him if I had any concerns. Steven was diligent and considerate in our interactions and did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process from start to finish by being communicative and staying in touch without coming across as overbearing or intimidating while I decided on which vehicle would be the right fit for me. Steven has a friendly, easy going and caring demeanor and is passionate about what he does. I thought Steven’s personality, authenticity and attention to detail set him apart from the other sales representatives. It was easy to notice that he goes above and beyond for his customers, and I can honestly say he was the most sincere and genuine sales representative that I worked with. I couldn't be happier with my interactions and experience with Steven and feel very fortunate to have had his expertise and sincerity throughout the entire process of deciding on which vehicle was the right option for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Steven to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle as I know firsthand that he is a step above the rest!

Yesterday we went to test drive and gather some figure$ on the all new Santa Cruz while our car was being serviced. We booked and appointment and sat down with Michael Wu. He was very thoughtful, friendly and not your classic pushy car salesman. We felt like he wanted what was best for us right now and made shopping a positive experience. We left saying, "that guy was awesome - when we are ready to buy that truck we will buy it from him." Even though he didn't broker a sale THAT MINUTE he sold us on the make, model, payment schedule and his services as a salesman. We enjoyed our time with Michael Wu and would recommend working with him to anyone.

These guys are amazing, i went in just looking for a second hand 3rd vehicle to have just kickin around if needed, wasnt particular on make, model, color and these guys went above and beyond and did not quit until they found something perfect, not only did they find me a car within a reasonable price rage, the car they found me is very nice and i may park my everyday car and use this one as my primary car lol. Spence (sales guy), Arron (finance) and Sam (general manager) are your team of guys to look for, they will give you a great experience and will have you leaving with better then what you were looking for! I highly recommend Kelowna Hyundai!!! (And bring your sense of humor because these guys are super funny?)
