These days
who has your best interests at heart
These guys looked after my 85 year old fathers car for years and always treated him with kindness and never did anything to his car that he didn’t need
So I started taking my cars to them
I can’t say enough good things about them
I always feel he has my best interests at heart too
Cars are fixed and completed on time and I never get surprised by the final costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine recommended this place to get electrical fixed for my fuel pump. They were suppose to only do diagnostic to see what was wrong and then give me a call to let me know what the issue was and how much it would cost. They didn’t, instead they went ahead with all the repairs and used the more expensive parts without my confirmation.
After I had to call to ask if the issue was fixed they sent it home and it broke down again after an average drive from the shop home. Finally, they were able to fix the car which was GREAT. However, at some point during the process of ensuring it was actually repaired, they broke the electronic seat on my driver side. I called them to discuss the problem shortly after picking up my vehicle from their shop and simply requesting they rectify an issue they caused. Instead of offering any form of a fair solution, credit towards future services, compensation, or compromise of any sort, the owner began yelling at me over the phone. Arguing that it was not his issue. He told me he would look at it but I would have to pay for any repairs. After he continued to yell at me, he proceeded to hang up the phone. Despite my efforts to reach out, he hasn’t answered of my calls since our last conversation.
I’m not one to leave a review but I wish I would have seen something like this before trusting them with my vehicle. Many red flags with this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding a good mechanic you can trust is truly difficult. Thankfully I was introduced to Richard, and he, along with Jay and Mackenzie, provide truly great service. I've been bringing my vehicles to they for over 3 years now. They are always clear with the work they are performing - and I'm never surprised by their rates. I would definitely recommend!
