I flew in from Edmonton, they picked me up at the airport, and before I knew it I was on the way home. They were ultra low-pressure, very fair to negotiate with, very professional, very friendly, and overall it was a very pleasant transaction, quite possibly the first of many!

On entering we were greeted by Evan Cross, Sales Mgr. I don't recall the last time I met someone so enthusiastic about their product and dealership. He took the time to show us around the facility and gave in-depth backgrounds on Porsche offerings. We were both impressed with his knowledge and learned more about Porsche in he 40 minutes we were there than any magazines that we had read. In the event I decide to get a new car, I will seriously consider looking at Porsche and speak to Evan, even if the dealership is not in my city.

I called them and they put me in touch with Jena. This would be my first vehicle purchase over the phone. Jena made it as easy and worry-free as possible and was upfront with everything. Any issues I had during transportation, registration, etc. the team made sure it was as seamless as possible. I look forward to doing business with them in the future! Thank you!

Spring 2022 Had major service completed New service advisor Layne has a great attitude Can trust this service team, his mgr Jason is extremely experienced, always there when needed Surprised and grateful for the extras done with no added charges. ie : had brake light go out. drove in no appt. replaced and charge me for the bulb only! simple gesture goes a long way
M	Michael Baldigara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new Macan from Porsche Kelowna a month ago. In my 40 years of "car buying" experience I would no doubt rate this as my best experience. In the five visits I made to the dealership ( from first look to drive away ) I dealt with six different people as I went through the process ( which is likely most of their staff ) . I would have to rate each interaction as an 11 on a scale of 10 in terms of them being professional , knowledgeable , enthusiastic and helpful. They are a very young group that works so well as a team. Sales manager Evan Cross is a great guy ... he appreciated the fact that I was at the top end of my budget , and I really feel he did what he could in order to put my deal together . Being a "higher end" car brand I wouldn't have been surprised if I got some attitude or snobbiness ... but it was the opposite. Well done and Thanks !
