The professionalism shown throughout the install process was impressive - it gives me total confidence in my home heating / air conditioning system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In November 2021 we had a furnace and AC unit installed in our home by Luke Schneider and Warren Bird. I found them both to be knowledgeable concerning their products. They were always on time and very respectful of our home. Luke displayed excellent communication skills while explaining the operation of our new furnace and thermostat. Cleanup after the installation was thorough and Luke and Warren did not leave until they were satisfied I was satisfied. Both men are excellent ambassadors for Border Plumbing & Heating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the very first phone call the service has been super friendly and knowledgeable. I called having had no hot water for two days and in desperate need of a shower and was happily surprised that the technician would be here within the hour. Unfortunately it was most cost effective to replace the hot water tank but again I was happily surprised to be told it would be installed the next morning, and although this is probably not related to the actual service, that was one of the best showers of my life.
Lyle, the technician was really friendly, explained the problem and our options. We have tried different plumbing/HVAC companies in the past and usually left slightly disappointed and that did not happen with Lyle and Border. I will definitely be calling Border the next time we have an issue.

Their technician Chris is super pleasant and helpful, and I really appreciate the text messages they send in advance of the techs arriving. Overall a great experience with Border and I would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time using Boarder. Our furnace stopped working and I called Boarder. Shortly after I received an update that a tech was on the way. This update had the techs photo and a contained a little information about his experience. I thought it was a nice touch. Within an hour, Jon Dean arrived and did not waste anytime. He had the problem fixed and our heating flowing again within no time. The entire process was streamlined I was able to get to work on time. Thanks Jon and the entire Boarder team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got a full package! Air conditioner, furnace and hot water tank. Went with Border Plumbing cuz they are the only folks i trust for quality and awesome service. In a day and a half it was done. Warren and Luke took great care in fixing up a fantastic system. They are the best! Smart, fun and made it look easy. I have a great New thermostat that is stupid proof and for someone who can't use a computer, I caught on pretty fast. After all is said and done, I'm so happy with the purchase of my Border plumbing climate package. I sincerely believe these guys and gals are the best. Thank you so much to all of the gang at Border plumbing.

I have the yearly check up package and if you own a home do yourself a favour and sign up for it. I care about my property it’s my biggest investment and I want everything working well.
Having Border Plumbing in my life has taken away any worries.
They are alway professional and organized.
All the technicians are amazing.
Today Andrew was here and his level of professionalism was outstanding! Thank you Border!
