★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am looking after my father's house in east Kelowna and came home to a bunch of water in the basement. I wasn't sure what the problem was so I called Blair and they sent a guy within 2 days. The plumber that came his name was Vince, he went above and beyond for me. Vince didn't have the right equipment the first visit but he was back the next day with the proper tools, he located the problem and fixed it properly. Vince was very helpful and knew his stuff. I highly recommend using Blair for any of your plumbing needs. 5 stars to Vince

The Blair staff were very responsive to our requirements the technicians Frank and Joel were excellent very knowledgable and very pleasant to deal with. The company was on time and on budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Blair replace the Furnace, Hot water tank and install central air this week. The entire process took 2 1/2 days for everything. Absolutely clean and respectful throughout the process. The team is careful and thorough and we had no reservations leaving them at our house unattended for the entire job. They communicated with us when they needed to, and once they were done you had no clue they had been there. The job was done on time and the work areas were spotless. Thank you so much!!!!

I am so impressed with the friendly attitudes while still being very professional. Frank and Joel are a great team to have had working on our heating and A/C system. I know we will be using Blair in the future thanks to the professionalism and proficiency of this team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the last three years I have purchased a furnace, and air conditioner and an on demand water system from Blair. The three units work well and the installation of them was as expected from well trained professionals. However, there were factory settings on the new digital thermostat that was also installed that I had not be told about. It apparently has a sensor that picks up the outdoor temperature and triggers my furnace to start heating the house at 4 in the morning! and runs until it has brought the house temperature to my programed day time settings. This happens a full three hours in advance of my 'programed' settings. What is the point of me programing my preferred settings if the thermostat over -rides my preferences? I thought that my thermostat was faulty and so arranged for a technician to look at it, only to find out that it was a factory setting that needed adjusting....how am I supposed to know that? I am perfectly capable of altering a program if given the heads up and a little instruction. I did not appreciate the $95.00 it cost for the technician to do a two minute alteration on my thermostat. Not impressed at all with that little money grab. Train your people to inform and train the customer so that they can do incidental adjustments themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a new high-efficiency furnace and air conditioner recently installed. The technicians, “Aussie” Mike and Lucas were great, with Mike being excellent. It was a very challenging installation but Mike, after reviewing the situation, told us exactly what the plan was going to be, kept us fully informed throughout the work over the two days, and when we ran into a bit of a challenge with installation on the air conditioning unit he was very quick to come up with the perfect solution. Mike and Lucas were professional, polite, respectful, and treated our home like it was their own.
While doing the installation, Mike identified a minor gas leak with our hot water tank (installed by a different company) which he repaired anf fully explained. They cleaned up and the end of the first day and fully cleaned everything up before they left.
Mike is an incredible ambassador for the company; extremely knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, and highly professional.
