Do Not buy a Jaguar F-Pace or any car from this dealer. I am not the kind of person to write bad reviews, in fact this is the first time I have written a bad review for any business. I bought my brand new F-Pace 4 months ago and since then I have been living a nightmare. Day 1 I brought it home alarm would not stop going off had to leave my brand new car unlocked over night, called dealer and it was a faulty hood latch needed to be replaced. Issues since then, Extremely loud noise coming from front drivers side then making sharp turns, Navigation screen stops working on occasions, Bluetooth almost never connects, rear camera stops working and needs to be replaced. Hood is miss-aligned, took it to a body shop they quoted me $300 or less to fix issue took it to Jaguar they refused to fix it as it is within their allowed tolerance. Most troubling issue to date is car refuses to start on more then a few occasions. I have been in to Service more then 5 times since I have owned the Vehicle which is only 4 months old and to date only has 4000km. Although the Service department has been great and for most part have Tried to correct these issues, most of these issues have not been resolved. I have Asked Jaguar to buy the vehicle back and put me in another Vehicle they have refused to help me out in any way. It is Unacceptable to spend a small fortune on a vehicle and have so many issues and a dealer that is unwilling to help.

I was told by a friend that they have the best wheel alignment machine in town. I drove over after being turned down at 4 other shops. Fantastic service department had me leave the car and looked after it. Picked it up next day. Works great. Thank you Gordie Abougoush

WARNING: Be prepared for a big bill when leasing a vehicle from Jaguar! Simply by driving off the lot, and with normal driving conditions, you will incur a bill for excessive wear! With a month to go on my lease, the inspection noted that there was a minor sandblasting effect near the rear wheels on both sides of the car. Because this effect was noted, in equal measure at the same location on both sides of the vehicle, one would think this is normal. I was even informed by Jaguar that it is normal wear! No dents, scratches, chips or damage, just normal wear from road debris after 30000 kms. It was also noted that the front faring also showed sandblasting from driving. Again, no dents, chips, cracks or notable damage, just minor sandblasting. A Jaguar service advisor, a sales person and the controller all told me "not to worry, that this is normal wear." No cracks, chips or dents, just minor sandblasting from driving. After contacting Jaguar, they said that it is not their vehicle and I need to deal with the lease company. The lease company says I need to deal with Jaguar. Weeks of back and forth with no help, no offer to assist and no empathy, just the recommendation that I pay the bill or fix it myself. Be warned that if you lease, you will be getting a bill for excessive wear because of the vehicle design, regardless the assurances that their employees give you. The final insult was the recommendation that I buy the vehicle and sell it myself to pay for this "excessive" wear! This is certainly NOT the customer service that I had expected from a "prestige" dealership. Either you stand behind your product and your employee's assurances to the customer or you don't. Look at the picture, you be the judge.

This is my last resort. Absolutely no contact from anyone at Jaguar Kelowna. This was the email I sent 4 weeks ago with no reply. Good morning Tanner, My wife (Willow) and I (Taylor),from Kamloops, just recently had to get warranty work done on the seat of our F Pace. Willow brought it down June 10 to be looked at. It was assessed and a part had to be ordered and a new appointment be made. We brought the vehicle back down for an 11am appointment on June 18. We were phoned late afternoon with the news that it was in pieces and would not be completed by days end. Your service people were apologetic and offered either to put it back together and another appointment to complete be scheduled the next day or leave it with you and take the loaner back to Kamloops and come back down the following day to pick it up. Obviously, a little put out with another day of travel and fuel costs, but accepted it as - it is was it is (the negatives of purchasing out of town - understandable). Before leaving town we figured we should stop and grab our little items left in the vehicle. This is when we realized we had been lied too! The vehicle never moved from its spot. Nothing had been done! The seat was not taken apart. And icing on the cake a service person came out to move it into garage and did not even cover the seat. Acceptance of a situation dramatically changes when what your told is not the truth. Now our trust, time and costs become much more inexcusable. I relayed this issue to Bryan at 10am yesterday, who then had John contact me at 10:45am. After discussing with John the issue at hand, he had said he could see the vehicle and it was complete and getting washed (should have been completed easily the day before within the 6 hours of sitting there). John also said he would phone me later in the day. No phone call. I ended up just phoning service and arranging pick up of our vehicle. I was hoping yesterday I’d be satisfied with the outcome, but as you can read I’ve now had to go one step further to you with this email. Hoping, that we can continue to build a relationship with your dealership in the future. My # is 250...... (Taylor) if you would like to discuss this . Thanks for taking the time to read our disapproval Taylor Obviously not read or just doesn’t Care about loyalty to us as a customer. Glad I don’t run my business in the same manner.

Really enjoyed my experience with James and Ken from Jaguar Kelowna. These guys were super easy to deal with, we did everything over email and phone right up until the point where I had to come in and do the paperwork and actually pick up the vehicle. I love how chill they both are, and both their senses of humor. It made the transaction enjoyable even though we might have upset a couple of the stuffy look-e-loos when we fired up the SVR. Thanks guys and thanks Jaguar Kelowna you have a new spokes person and friend :) Oh and I like the vehicle too LOL!

I recently was in for servicing - the shop had a few items to attend to so the car was to be in all day. I received a call from out of town company that they would be in town that same afternoon. I called the shop and the staff was so accommodating, I was able to get my car back early afternoon with all repairs complete, and car detailed. Thank you so much for the flexibility, next time you can hold my vehicle whilst you attend to someone else's early request!

I've never looked forward to changing vehicles but after dealing with James and Ken my attitude has changed. My trade/purchase experience was top notch. James tailored the various settings to suit my preferences after our initial visit. He really was listening. And Ken's documents were error free and ready to go. I will definitely be a returning customer. Don't hesitate to shop at Jaguar Kelowna!
