★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member of World Gym for several years. The cost for membership is reasonable and affordable. The front desk personnel are friendly and have been helpful when I've misplaced my car keys (Shout-out to Cait!! Thank you.)
It's so much more clean than most of the other gyms and I usually see staff cleaning daily (Cait & Jaya? ) LOW-KEY GYM!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like World gym. This is my first time experiencing a gym that has a section only for weman. So, if you have one of those days that you are not in the mood and just want to put on a comfy outfit, have a messy bun and have a relax workout you can go to that section. This gym has everything. Great equipment, fitness classes and they even have an smoothie bar.

World Gym also has a medical grade body composition analysis tool that helps make that you are making balanced progress throughout your upper left, lower left, upper right, and lower right muscle groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m regular member of Kelowna Gym location. I have been renting a locker since 4-5 months. This morning when I went to gym someone staff cut my lock and took all my gym shoes, lifting belt, lifting stripes, tricep rope extension, Ez curl bar cable attachment are all missing. When I asked to reception and got no answer. This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished my first workout at World Gym Athletics with Arlen. It was great, he'll make you sweat, and work hard. Strapping on some boxing gloves and going at the bag, and doing pad work was the best part. Highly recommend, it's a great workout with one of Kelowna's best trainers.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful if you ever need anything.
I've never seen the cardio section very busy but it's always hard to get a squat rack or bench so I'd like to see the cardio section downsized a little bit so they could fit at least one more squat rack, one more bench press, and a hacksquat machine would really be amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for a no commitment contract. Go to cancel and am told I have to pay out my remaining contract. I am ok with 60 days notice but the rest of that was not agreed to. There were large signs on the door and desk saying no-commitment when I signed up.
I have refused and they can contact me to discuss but I will not be paying beyond the 60 days notice that I agreed to when I joined.
My hope is just that the gentleman was not properly trained and this will be resolved but until it is resolved to my satisfaction this review remains to warn people of a bait and switch business practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my daily gym. Awesome staff and members. Super inclusive. Great fees. Just all around awesome. Over time, one could be assured that company would not rely on customer feedback but just automatically supply loop hooks on the weight stacks suitable to pulling heavy loads and maintaining equipment in opposition to injury. Here I do not find that happens. When you approach a weight stack to pull 160 lbs and find a cheap
Amazon resistance band loop hook on the machine, it screams "Amateur" in terms of the safety of the gym
