★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this gym. Renee and David have created a welcoming space in their brand new facility. You will be greeted at the door with a smile and they will make sure that you leave with one yourself. Programming is challenging but fun, scaleable for all skill levels, and made with intent to help you reach your fitness goals. I look forward to the days I get to spend in the gym with the amazing crew at FYP.
Oh yes, and they have the cutest dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at this gym is so kind and supportive. The workouts are amazing and the coaches are so good at offering modifications when needed. You will see results quickly and probably start to crave going there, haha. As a working mama, I love the 5:45am classes because I can workout and get home before my kids wake-up and get them launched for school. Thank you, Renee & David!

The community and culture they have built is extremley welcoming and absolutely phenomenal! I highly recommend checking out their facility, you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dropped into Crossfit FYP not really knowing anything about the gym. It was fantastic. I inquired through email and was answered within 24 hours confirming my drop in class. The coaching was excellent (I really appreciated the effort to program and coach a good warm up) and the facility was well equipped. The workout included a warm up, a skill development and a workout of the day (WOD)...again, all well delivered and coached. I would highly recommend this gym.

I could speak volumes to the brilliant programming or amazing coaching but for me it's community that keeps me coming back. The culture they have cultivated is so inclusive and welcoming it feels more like a family than a gym. I couldn't be more happy to flop my dad bod around CrossFit FYP...hopefully for many more glorious years!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family-like friendly atmosphere at this CrossFit gym with good weekly workouts and no pressure affordable membership. Renee has amazing form to follow and pushes you just enough to get your butt in shape. I was brand new to CrossFit, but after a few beginner lessons I was able to participate in classes. Easy to reserve classes with the app and classes are small with a few offered per day. Definitely recommend if you aren't motivated enough to workout on your own are the gym.
