C	Corey Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t actually get to see the doctor, but the poor experience and conversation I had with the receptionist was enough for me to write this review. I was refereed to this office form my family doctor and had not hear anything back for weeks, even my family doctor had tried multiple times. Eventually I was able to get an appointment which I was given the wrong date for and showed up to no one in the office. I finally got the right date and time and when the receptionist had called to verify the appointment she had given me the wrong time and I showed up an hour after the actual schedule appointment. I asked why I hadn’t received a call as I was just up the road, her response was “I’m not here to baby sit anyway”. She was completely rude and lacked empathy at all. She then stated I would have to pay 100$ missed appointment fee or I could go somewhere else. If you are looking for a doctors office with a lack of respect and no organization then you’ve found it.
B	Brenda Erdman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Dr. Jon Dautremont. He is the best ENT I ever had. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and a excellent skilled surgeon. He takes the time to explain and answer any questions you have. His suspected diagnosis of otosclerosis prior to surgery turned out exactly as he predicted. I had a stapedectomy (stape bone was removed and replaced with titanium prosthesis). The surgery was performed on July 14, 2021 which was a great success thanks to him. My hearing was restored and even my tinnitus has greatly improved that I hardly notice it. If you want the best ENT surgeon do not hesitate to choose Dr Dautremont. Kelowna is indeed very fortunate to have him.

I've now had the tests which show his initial thoughts were not the cause ( which is fine) but have since been completely ghosted! Zero communication! I am now waiting to seeing another ENT while I'm in great discomfort. I had hoped I was finally going to get help with my issue. Very disappointing.

He is patient and compassionate and takes the time to encourage and answer your questions and explain what to expect from surgery. I am also extremely grateful that my surgery is scheduled in such a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Jon Dautremont. We are very lucky to have him in Kelowna!
