★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not get beyond the receptionist of Dr. Harris' office but the treatment I got from the person who took my call today was so off-putting, I will look elsewhere for an ENT Specialist. People who call doctor's offices do so because they are sick, and while the receptionist may not have the power to resolve the person's problem, at least she/he can show a modicum of empathy for the sick person. All I got from the receptionist was irritation and impatience. Dr. Harris may be a very good doctor, but I would suggest sensitivity training for staff like the one I spoke to today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used an ear candle that went horribly wrong and my ear ended up filling with bees wax. I was referred to Dr. Harris and she did her best to get it all out at the first visit but there was still a stubborn piece stuck in my ear. She said that normally under these circumstances she would put me under general anesthetic and get it out but because I am pregnant that was not an option. I went to visit her every 2 weeks and today she managed to get it out! She was so kind and never gave up. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Harris. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and friendly as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has been under Dr Harris's Care for one year. She is worse off than when we started. If you don't mind taking a multitude of pills with no results, then this is your Dr !! If you want actual results, definitely go else ware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Harris is an exceptional otolaryngologist. Dr. Harris performed a septoplasty with turbinate reduction on me as well as some time later a tonsillectomy, both considerably improved my quality of life. I experienced absolutely no complications from either procedure.
