★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly enough staff but the wait times are horrendous. They don't realize that people have lives and other appointments or commitments. So my average of running an hour late per appointment so far is ridiculous.

Staff is also very polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see Dr Etheridge here. He's incredibly smart, easy to talk to, constantly learning, and the best kind of person to be a pain management doctor.
Not really my favourite place to go. If I could change things, I wouldn't need to depend on the Pain Clinic. But, since I need it, I'm glad that it's here and filled with great staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Venter is the best. So well educated and knowledgeable about pain issues. Always takes his time to answer all my questions and concerns. Have never had to wait longer than 5 mins past my appointment time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time in 10 yrs of dealing with chronic pain that I feel so good. I have had 3 surgerys on my back and need knee. I am working out 5 days a week and feel like my old self again. I sure wish i would have found this place 10 years ago. No painkiller just pain management this place is great. My doctor is wonderful.
I noticed someone mentioned parking their is free parking in the building off osprey. We have never had a problem finding a spot close to the doors.
