D	Don on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been hit by a car while cycling this summer I turned to Martha for help in my recovery. After the initial consultation to assess the physical damage sustained, she developed a program that includes Intramuscular Stimulation. Her ability to quickly analyze what the limitations (range of motion) are to my shoulder and work to increase the range so that I can get back to my regular routine has been priceless. While I am still working with her on the road to recovery, I am grateful for her knowledge and expertise that will allow me to fully recover and get back to those activities that I enjoy.

N	Nicole Delaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd love to rate this clinic higher, but I've just called to see if they direct bill to ICBC with a claim number. The lady on the phone goes "yes, we do" and then as soon as she found out I hadn't visited before she said "oh, we only do if you've been here before." When I questioned her about this, she stated they're just "too busy" even though their online booking system shows plenty of appointments available for initial intakes. A shame, many friends said they were great but it seems they don't have any interest in new clients that genuinely need them. EDIT: A) ICBC covers you for 12 weeks, not 6. B) There is no reason to assume I (or anyone else) would show up only for the coverage ICBC provides (which, by the way, is often extended by ICBC) - people do have the ability to pay for their own services. It's weird that you'd assume they wouldn't. C) You don't know what my injuries are or aren't to be able to determine how long the rehab would take. D) There was no referral - just blatant attitude, story changes, and now this - where it's becoming even more clear that Wave Physiotherapy doesn't actually have any idea what is going on - just assumptions. I'm not upset about not being able to get in - physiotherapists are a dime a dozen here, but the attitude and quick story changes, and clear lack of information is the reason for this review.
B	Barbara Sochanski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a "regular" at Wave and I love everything about the clinic. I love my 2 physiotherapists, ultra knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I love everyone on the dynamic and welcoming staff team, love the location, love the booking and billing system. I love the background noise of all the happy voices while I'm relaxing with heat after a treatment. It sounds a lot like a soundscape on my meditation app. Love it all. I don't know how I'd be running, swimming, skiing, living without you.

Wave's staff are always upbeat, on time, moving swiftly to get you in and out on time. I have also had care from Andrew, Danielle and Patrick, they are all great! Whole thing is a class act.

She has gotten me to many start lines and helped me recover from many marathons, only to help me get back on the road again. She is an important part of my training and I could not keep moving without her. She is compassionate and thorough and has first hand knowledge or runners problems allowing her to implement that into her practice. Wave Physio is a happy welcoming place and recommend it to anyone!
