Between my triathlon racing and love of endurance sports , we have thrown all sorts of challenges at them in terms of golf injuries , tennis , skiing, imbalances .... and always walk out of their door happy with the treatment and progress . While I think Dr. Mike Schmidt has to be one of the best in the Interior, I have friends that will only see Rob Mutch and argue he is the best !.... and then there is Donna ... besides being a brilliant chiro , she takes healing to the next level ... her ability to diagnose / treat/ fix /and help you through a rough patch is something that has to be experienced. Besides all this they are super fussy about hiring / developing / and keeping brilliant people on the OHP team .

I was very pleased with the results with my visits over a 2 month period. I regained the mobility and strength in my right knee including a reduction in the swelling of this chronic knee issue. He helped me to understand what I was dealing with and how to best manage it going forward. I enjoy being active and was so pleased with the results. I can't thank Quentin enough for giving me this excellent treatment.

She is not just very professional in her job, she is very compassionate and a wonderful , calming , lovely person. I really wish I would know her earlier, when I just got injured. NOBODY in my experience assessed me before how Linda did (except Carmen from Life Mark). I felt really vulnerable and important as a patient , specially after a long time of trying to get a hand therapy specialist who is really interested to help me. I would always recommend Linda!!! I thank God that I got navigated to Okanagan Health and Performance , a place were I feel finally important and also very comfortable . Hopefully I will be able to get HELP to reach my goal and gain my physical independence back. Thank you Linda!

She has seen me through both wrists. She has rehabilitated me and built the trademark custom braces that made it possible for me to function and heal. Linda emanates calm and confidence.
