pre treatment examination and Q&A I have ever experienced from a Chiropractic standpoint. I've had experience with more than a dozen "Chiro's" since the late 90's. If this first visit to Lifeworks is anything to go by, I feel sure this will be a long lasting professional relationship.
Hopefully I've found the team that will help me get back to a better healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
First adjustment next week... fingers crossed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifeworks is far more then any chiropractic experience, it’s a lifestyle into a greater sense of our unique wellness needs. Each practitioner is extremely thorough in taking time for a very generous assessment process that’s reviewed along the way to ensure correct care plan throughout. All staff are professional and welcoming. The facility is very clean and bright. Availability for appointments is conducive to busy lives and they are very efficient in staying on schedule. Strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to the clinic a few weeks ago for my initial assessment, XRAY and nerve assessment. Dr Kent and his staff were welcoming and it felt like I was at home! My results showed that I had significant T1-3 misalignment and in only 1 session, I had already felt significant improvements in the adjusted neck area. Results include better peripheral vision, my headache of 9 months is no longer, and I can move my neck with ease and much better mobility. Each session improves my neck and back significantly !!! I can't wait for the next session tomorrow !

I contacted Lifeworks to see if I could get help ( Process of elimination ) Right from the moment that they answered my phone call til now being my 2nd week I have been super impressed by their customer service and to their respect on helping to get me better. Dr.james is amazing. He goes the extra step to educate, explain your condition and always make sure you are comfortable with the treatments. If you want to feel right at home you found the right place, it's clean,comfortable and relaxing and never short of smiles. I thank Dr.James and All the terrific staff on helping me live pain free.High five to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling from Alberta to various locations in BC holidaying and visiting with family and friends for a few weeks Through the course of those travels I injured my low back and was aware that the sharp pain was something I had not experienced before. It was interfering with the plans made and my ability to take part in all the things we wanted to do. Trying the usual pain management methods did nothing. Arriving in Kelowna I asked my cousin if she could recommend a chiropractor and she said Lifeworks was close to my hotel and they had helped her brother. I called. It was Friday before the long weekend. They were busy but if I could get in quickly, Dr. James could see me. I was so grateful. A quick evaluation and my first caring adjustments elevated me from functioning at about 12% to about 55%. Adjustments also addressed other issues I was having in my neck and mid back... not just the lumbar problem. I arrived Tuesday for a second adjustment and improved again to 75%. I stayed one more night as I knew getting home would be difficult with two more days of travel. The third adjustment on Wednesday ensured a safe and pain free trip. Dr. James' knowledge, care and experience all combined to relieve the acute pain I was dealing with, allowed me to enjoy the time I had with family and ensured a safe drive home. I cannot thank him and his staff enough. I cannot recommend Dr.James highly enough. If I lived in Kelowna, he would be my regular care giver. I will always be grateful for this experience.
