Their office on Gordon is fairly new and it's beautiful! All nice, new and modern. He comes highly recommended, every time!

Very thorough clean + x rays too, and quick! I felt educated and listened to. I highly recommend coming here. Staff were excellent.
G	G P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience unfortunately. Doctors tended to be arrogant, and they were pushy: they tried to make me do treatments not required. I had been going for years to a another dentist (big clinic in a big city) before going to them, and none of the treatments they wanted me to do were never mentioned, I then went to another dentist (in Kelowna), and I didn't need any of those treatments.

Professional, friendly, and clearly focused on me as a person and what my immediate needs were. The last place I went to seemed focused on "using up as much of your insurance as we can" ... Yes, that's a quote. I am so thankful I found this place!!!!!!

One appointment, one cleaning; as it should be. Dr. Macdonnell is kind, but what I like most is that he is to the point and no nonsense. He’s professional and gets the job done extremely well and efficiently. One can tell that he takes great pride in his work. I’ve moved away from Kelowna, but will continue to come back for dental services. It’s the least I can do for all the amazing service I have received and continue to receive. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Starting with the always pleasant and friendly admin/reception staff, your experience will be a great one… I promise! The staff are flexible, accommodating, and understanding of all circumstances. Dr.MacDonnell is an incredibly gentle dentist. He is professional and yet the interactions between him - his staff and myself make me feel quite at home…our conversations are often HILARIOUS. His Dental Assistants and Hygienists are first rate and have always been FABULOUS with my kids who are almost adults now. The office is clean/modern and the building is easy to access with great parking. I don’t have anything negative to say.. HONESTLY. This is the dental office for you!!!!!
