★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company showed up on my doorstep within a few hours of being told at respiratory dept of KGH that I will need an oxygen unit. First time I dealt with any of this, I didn’t know what to do or expect.
I met Edward & Shannon from MEDPRO. One was very deceptive & the other one had no answers to my questions - she doesn’t know much.
I bought an OxyGoFit which took an eternity to arrive. I had ordered an extra battery so that I could plug it in while recharging the battery that was being used. Edward never told me when I ordered the additional battery that the whole unit has to be on the charger, how deceptive is this. A battery cost $750 and when I returned the unused battery the following week Edward charged me $150.
After less than 6 months usage a message came up on my machine “change columns” which cost over $300. Now what!
I called Edward, he returned my call 2 weeks later. In the meantime my son went to another respiratory company and they will take care of me.
Do yourself a favour STAY CLEAR OF MEDPRO AND SPECIALLY FROM EDWARD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Ontario and am visiting in Kelowna.I travelled with a Respironics Simply Go machine and several attachments.The most important attachment to me is the charging dock.
On Sat.Dec,28/19 the charging dock quit working.I called MedPro and got their answering service.
In no time at all I had a call from Edward Ferstel.He offered to bring a connector to my Son’s home and he also checked the charging dock and managed to get it working.Then he realized that I am not with MedPro in Ontario but he was kind enough to waiver the home visit charge.
I cannot compliment this kind and gracious young man enough and the Company for such a fine employee.

During my one month trial period, they kept in regular contact, answering any and all questions and concerns regarding the CPAP machine and making adjustments to equipment settings as needed. At the end of the trial, they recommended the machine that was right for me, making me aware of all options without trying to upsell me. Would definitely recommend these guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Kelowna for a symposium and when I got to my hotel and plugged in my CPAP, I realized that the power adapter had stopped working. I was in a bad spot, because I absolutely NEED my machine to sleep and my other machine was an 8 hour drive away!
I called MedPro 15 minutes before they were going to close and managed to connect with Grace. She said that she wasn't sure if she had the right adapter, but she would wait for me and see if we could come up with a solution. True to her word, she waited until I got there (after closing time) and we found an adapter that would solve my problem. It was a used one from a bunch of demo units and I would have happily paid for it, but she said that they couldn't sell it to me but she would happily loan it to me for my stay.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days and I appreciated it VERY much. Grace, you're a rockstar!! Thank you for bailing me out!!
If you live in the Okanagan Valley, MedPro is the place you want to go to get your CPAP equipment!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using the CPap since Nov 10 th - trail for 6 weeks then purchased the machine Dec 29th. Sean and Grace were delightful to work with- Sean emailed me several times regarding how I was doing and when I mentioned I wasn’t sure of my mask fits he invited us back to try a few more. They have a warm and welcoming office.
