★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited a week and half ago and was blown away by the exceptional service and genuine care that the staff displayed. They are truly the best especially Pam. She is so gentle and compassionate. The receptionist Stephania is also wonderful. I would recommend anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here go above and beyond!! They work so hard for their clients and make sure everything is organized. I order supplies from them for my clients all the time, even last minute and they are so helpful with getting things together. The nurses are also really knowledgeable about wound care, and wound and ostomy supplies. I wouldn't order supplies from anywhere else :) thanks lakeside!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Kelowna for a quick trip from Toronto. Had an issue with a medical equipment, Mark was very helpful in coming up with a solution for our problem. He even went out of his way to give us samples free of charge to help us. I would highly recommend Lakeside Pharmacy. Thank you for everyone for helping us, we truly appreciate it.

If Reception can not remember 5 min later on the second attempt after she just spoke to my Doctors receptionist office to fill those meds. and I walk in there only to wait 20 minutes longer and they are still not even ready . No phone call. They were supposed to be ready in the morning .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, very greedy and doesn’t care about loyal customers. I’ve been a customer here for almost 10 years, from prescriptions to everyday products I’ve spent a lot of money. Two weeks ago I purchased a few overpriced ($83) covid rapid tests which I thought I would need for a trip. Turns out they weren’t necessary; they were unopened, I had proof of purchase but Chris (the Owner) refused to refund me my money due to the fact that “the Government is about to give them out for free and I have a whole cupboard full that I now can’t sell!”
Wow, more concerned about his bottom line than refunding a regular customer their money for a product they purchased. They will no longer have my or my families business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that I’ve had the pleasure of being in elite clubs that are private when it comes to my health care needs and doctors. Paying high premiums to be in those sorts of clubs. But with lakeside medical and being a non private pharmacy they were BETTER than the private clubs.
After transferring from Shoppers Drug Mart over to lakeside medical I can not begin to tell you that you feel so special and are treated with such love kindness and appreciation.
The day I transferred over Chris one of the pharmacist called me within 25 minutes. Updated me on the transfers all my prescriptions and all changes made to my file. Guided me through and supported me in how there process works.
Upon arriving within a few days I was greeted by pleasant staff and enthusiastic pharmacist that brought me into there private cubicle to discuss further.
It was similar to paying for private care in every way.
I can’t tell you how special they made me feel.
I dealt with a few of them and each one of them was truly kind and so receptive.
So so different than large corporations that don’t care about you one bit. Treat you as if you were some kind of monster or zombie.
Hats off to lakeside medical for all there staff and approach in welcoming new people to there one of a kind pharmacy.
I highly recommend them there team and staff. They are truly amazing ?
