★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother-in-law was recently diagnosed with cancer and it became apparent quickly he needed a hospital bed at home. With only a few hours notice Heather was able to secure a rental hospital bed and Shawn was able to deliver it a few hours later. I can't tell you what angels these two are to our family. I highly recommend this company for its amazing staff and service . Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to Dino, he was thorough and gave me all the information I needed for a bed for my father. There was a minor concern I had about something he called me immediately and rectified. I appreciate their ownership and my dad is very happy with his bed and mattress. Recommend them and also they are better priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented a mobility scooter many times while staying in town . Most recent visit was over the top service! I had rented at my own fault the wrong type of scooter . I called and they brought one within the hour . They are helpful, Knowledgeable and wonderful .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NSM have been absolutely amazing at every turn - they installed two stairlifts for me in the last 12 months , as well as equipping me with various other aids, including a wheelchair for the top and bottom of my stairlift and you have made my disability more manageable. Kerry - you came so many times to make sure that everything was working just as it should - you have a heart of gold. A big shoutout to you, Lee, Guy & his incredibly efficient team, Dino. God bless you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously hurt my ankle 4 days before a Disneyland trip with my family. I called my contact Dino at NSM in Kelowna BC for advice. He reached out to NSM Anaheim and between the two companies they arranged an electric scooter rental drop off and pick up for me at the hotels.
They literally saved my trip. There is no way I could have done it without it.

Kerry, our sales rep, and the team were really a pleasure to deal with and they definitely exceeded expectations all the way!!! The Shoprider Trailblazer Scooter and Walker were both excellent recommendations and are performing well. Thank-you for all your help
