★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a MH 250 watt bulb for my outdoor light. Bulb was not the problem as the ballast is defective. Took the light back and was informed no returns on cash sales. This should have been mentioned when I purchased or at least a sign stating this. I could have ordered on line but like to shop locally. I not be back to this distributor ever. I'm glad I'm only out $28.10 when i could be out hundreds
