My daughter and I were shopping for a new phone for her on Boxing Day. Couldn’t be happier with the deal and professional attention we received. Robyn was fantastic, knowledgeable and easily found us the best option with the most competitive provider. I wouldn’t even waste time speaking to other providers. Go strait to this store.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Attended this store to inquire about an advertised service offering / sounded OK so was willing to go ahead with it. All was fine until the " helpful " rep asked for and texted a message on my phone, leaving me with NO cellular service and, not coincidentally, with little choice but to swallow undisclosed cost items and escalating monthly service costs. The escalating costs were the proverbial straw - I informed Sneaky Salesman to stop and return my service to what it had been. What followed was being ignored mixed with excuses while jokes were shared in an unknown language ... End result : many hours on hold with Rogers to fix their mess, and I have since learned from another WW customer that they, too, were not told about hidden costs until their service was similarly cancelled. None of the store rep names mentioned in other posts were present when or since I was there. Note : they do not answer calls made to the published store phone number. IF iINTEGRITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU, AVOID THIS STORE

My nightmare began with Wireless Wave in Capilano Mall (Vancouver)! After hours of waiting to replace a brand new defunct cell phone, I was given a sizeable credit and the rep Amarutha ( Manager) gave me for FREE a white Otter Adapter and a Free pair of earbuds. Since I did not have the box I was given in the first place ( It was forgotten by me) I was allowed to make arrangements with Mike at the Wireless Store in Orchard Park Mall ( Kelowna). My first impression was of a good rep willing to help. Mike even gave me a free cord for the white Otter adapter and offerd to help sync my earbuds the next time I returned with the box. I had a relative pass away and came to Kelowna for several reasons. Today, I was greeted by Jesse as it was Mike's day off. I found Jesse to be curt, rude and downright terrible customer service! I was being told and have several text messages from Mike telling me to return the cord and the white Otter Box adapter, the other rep Manager credited me with in Vancouver! I agreed to drop off the free white cord, but not the white adapter, as it was a guft/credit on my account. Prior to dealing with Wireless, I've been a Virgin Mobile member for 10 years! After more text messages, I finally called the Wireless Wave Head Office and asked them to investigate into this matter. Furthermore, I have PROOF the white Otter box and Earbuds were comped to me Free of charge!! Why is another Wireless Wave store asking for an item given to me for free, because of all the hassle I ensued in a completely different store in a whole other city?? This has been a horrible end to a day that began at my 21 year old daughter's Memorial bench, as she passed away before Christmas in 2011 in a car crash. I also have had heart surgery and I have a GORE device onnmy heart! Wireless Wave had me going all the way from one end of the Mall to another to return the free c on a replacement phone that values over a $1,000.00!! BE WARNED....nothing is what it appears with Wireless Wave and I will never be dealing with them after my contract ends! Such a shame, as I believe the best intentions started out and then ended with me in tears!! No one should be leaving a place of business in that manner!!

Outstanding service, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend WirelessWave at Orchard Park. The new Manager is amazing. She went above and beyond to find me the best deal on a new phone and a plan to go to with it. Best experience I've had in years when it comes to purchasing a phone and getting the right plan.
