Worst customer service out of all the stores in Orchard Park. There were no sanitizers at the entrance nor the customer service representative greeted us. They were not delightful in helping us. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE !!!!!!

My friend was told by the sales person that she is NOT SKINNY ENOUGH to wear their products. Shame on the Eclipse for hiring such sales people! They are humiliating people who are not the "fashion size". Maybe it is the company policy: if you are not size 2 you cannot shop at their store. Shame on the company.Shame on the store associates. Will never shop at this place, and I strongly advise everyone else to stop shopping their.

I bought a pair of pants at Ecplise that stink so bad, I was literally gagging. I am thinking that it might be a terrible mothball smell that I didn’t notice until I got home, but it was overpowering. I tried to call the staff after I had washed the pants to desperately try and get the smell out. After I called them, they refused to address the issue and said head office wouldn’t either. I have spent tons of money there and used to be a loyal customer, but I will not be shopping there anymore. I am very disappointed.

Erica and Brittany at this location of Eclipse were the nicest, most helpful, patient customer service I've experienced in retail. My grandma is 75 and has a short term memory loss problem and they were so accomodating. She needed a safety pin and they searched the whole store to find her one. I couldn't be happier with the service, thanks girls you made our day!!!

I really like the clothes here. However, the staff really need some training. I've paid for my items, drove home, only to discover the security magnet still on and this has happened more then once. I now watch carefully to make sure all magnet tags come off. Another time, I came to the store and asked about a sale that was going on and got a pretty snooty reply that, the particular sale I was talking about isn't happening. I showed the manager the email I got about this sale, she went to her computer, found the email about the sale, then blamed that she wasn't working the day before so didn't see the email. She then started putting up the sale signs in the store. I found this very unprofessional. I also don't appreciate the pressure they put on people to buy the jeans. Bringing unwanted pairs to the change room or keeping on how they are BOGO 50%.

Stopped in the store as some cute items caught my eye. Two young girls were working the store and I was the only customer in at the time. Neither girl greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Once I had chosen my items I made my way to the back of the store for the change rooms. Still the only customer in the store. I waited for a while and eventually had to disrupt the conversation they were having to ask for help unlocking the door. One of the girls made her way to the back and did not say anything to me. I thanked her and she still did not respond to me. None of the items ended up working for me so I left. Still not one word spoken to me... My mother said "thank you" as we were leaving and she grumbled "have a nice day". The store itself was clean and had cute clothes. The service on the other had was atrocious. As a small business owner myself I would be incredibly embarrassed if that is how my own staff was representing my store.

Store is crowded and hard to see what you’re looking for. Staff was attentive but not overly friendly. Some cute items but a little expensive.

I love the clothing of this store and the staff are always very nice. I’m not happy with my experience buying jeans there though. I’m very picky when it comes to jeans and was told to size down β€œfor sure” because the jeans would stretch. The sales clerk that told me this was aware of which particular jeans I was buying as well. A few days of wearing them, cutting my circulation and getting tummy aches I brought the jeans back with the receipt and tags. The manager working that day told me that the style of jeans I bought would not stretch at all. She would not let me return them or give me any credit because the tags were not attached. I understand that this is their policy but I wish they would have honoured the fact that they wasted a lot of my time, comfort and money. I also explained my situation to the Kelowna store with the same outcome. If I had been given the right information then I’d recommend this store but since it was their fault I had a bad experience and did nothing about it then thumbs down for me and I won’t be going back unless they decide to make up for their mistakes.
