Staff is friendly and the owner is an incredibly kind, compassionate, caring and service orientated individual. The pandemic has been hard for many individuals/businesses but getting peaceful, healing, interesting things from Lucky Bamboo helps all. Highly recommend and much gratitude to the store and staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a $18 rose quarts necklace and i absolutely love it, i’ve had it for a few hours and just a few minutes ago, it fell off the chain and broke into 2 pieces. I’m wondering if something spiritual caused this or if it was just not glued into the chain very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store and staff are wonderful and a breath of fresh, very lovely smelling air. There are not many places in Kelowna to find good quality, fairly sourced stones and incense/etc and while the few other stores may not require you to visit the mall, this is my haven if I DO have to go to the mall. SO... I tend to end up there twice as much as I would normally. :D Pauline is a bright soul and they are all always very sweet and helpful if I have questions or feel like maybe they may have something tucked away somewhere I can't quite find. Thank you for helping everyone find their treasures!
