I wanted to purchase a stroller + car seat online for my brother who lives in a different city and my experience has been poor. I contacted them several times and customer service has been poor and unhelpful. I am very disappointed with their answers, which on a few occasions seemed to be just using a copy-and-paste canned text. Long story short the response I received several times was that my order was cancelled twice because "Billing and delivery do not tie to the Card Holder". When I inquired how then, one can purchase online as a gift, the response I received was "put a shipping address to the recipient and the billing address that should be tied to the card holder" . How is that helpful? That is exactly what I did in the first place. Furthermore, it is also contradictory to "Billing and delivery do not tie to the Card Holder". How then does one purchase a gift online? Like I said, the purchase was meant for my brother who lives in a different city. Of course the shipping address will be different than my address (which is the billing address tied to my credit card). Another response that I received was that "you will be most successful if you place an order with all information tied to the card you are using". This is very confusing. Also, I received no notifications for both cancellations, resulting in a further delay in purchasing the items.

Just a garbage experience don’t know why anyone would ever shop there I can see why they are closing stores down Maybe they should close the Kelowna one down too what kinda big box store is it if it can’t ship items from store to store and to top it off they don’t even know what they are getting for inventory customer service was very short and rude to us

Nice store, clean, tidy, good variety. Prices same as everywhere else. Visiting store more often can catch good discounts. If you make expensive purchase talk to sales reps, ask for discount. I was lucky and got a good one. That's why I go there first before checking other places.

My grandbabies n I love this place. I just wish that it wasn't so expensive. Otherwise it keeps me updated with the latest. The staff are so helpful n friendly, I like the service they give to my babies for they are the shoppers I just pay for the items. I only shop at place that give My grandbabies the attention they desire. I'd leave if they didn't give them the attention.

I picked out a product online and opted to pick it up via curbside pick up to save unnecessary hassle. My online experience of finding a great product was great... But when I went to pick it up in the store, it was different. I tried curbside pick up - called and texted the store but nobody responded. Then I went into the store and the man who was helping me with the pick up was quite rude. I had my confirmation email as well as all of the notifications (plus I had ID on me and could have given any detail of the order, as it was in my name) and apparently due to the format of the confirmation being off (data issues on my phone?) I was given a hard time in picking it up. I'm a big believer in being solution-focussed with customers and felt this was unnecessarily difficult for a very simple transaction! Anyway, I will go back as I always love the selection of Toys R us and maybe this person was just having a bad day!

After a not good interaction with an employee on the phone the manager Andrea took care of everything at the store in person. She was calm and understanding of the situation and deserves a raise. Her people skills are the best!!! Thanks again for helping out and getting the bike my daughter is now in love with!!
