We're from out of town and I was very discouraged by the poor selection and even poorer service I had found at my last 8 stops. This store had a pair that fit and an exceptional young woman at the till who absolutely made my day. I wish I knew her name,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of Vens shoes online, took them out, and tried them on. Were a little bit more tight than I was expecting. Went back after couple of minutes and asked, if I could do an exchange, one of the workers very bluntly said no as they don't accept worn shoes back. On top of saying no, the worker was rude and didn't even bother to apologize. Costumer-service does not appear to be a priority at all. Not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So... I went there 2 days ago, bought 2 pairs. They gave me a 10.00 promo credit to get my email address. Went home to find out 1 pair was to small. When I returned to exchange the 1 pair, they charged me 11.20 because the promo was only a 1 time deal..... 1 day later. Will not shop at Shoe Warehouse again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are super friendly and helpful. I had to return an online purchase and they made it extremely easy to do so. They also spent time helping me try to find a replacement online when we couldn't find my size in the store. Will definitely shop in store or online with this company again!
