Raquel helped us answering all our questions, we could try the bikes and they came with a 1-year of free services at the store!! I would definitely recommend cyclepath for anyone who is looking for a good quality bike. They have a huge variety of options for all purposes, friendly and knowledgeable staff! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best experience at Cyclepath Kelowna! I went in for a carrier for my puppy as she was too tired to make it home on our bike ride. I was resigned to getting a child carrier but the staff were so helpful they found me a dog specific carrier! They even helped me attach it to my bike and showered my puppy in so much love I think it was the best part of her day. When I was leaving she was very unsure of the carrier and made a big fuss - Bryce came running out and offered her some kibble to help ease the anxiety! 1000% recommend this shop and everyone who works there. I'm sorry I didn't get everyone's names, but know you made mine and Winnies day!

Leah, was so great and so was ‘the British Girl’, sorry never got your name. They both went above and beyond for my son and I today. We will definitely be lifelong Cycle Path peeps!
