★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO happy we decided to rent with Kelowna E-Kruise. We rented a paddleboard for the day and they went above and beyond with their service and kindness. Everyone who worked there genuinely enjoyed what they were doing and helped us out so much. Rental process was seamless and their rates are some of the best in the city. We will be using them again for future rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only E-Bike service I'll use in the Okanagan! Price is 100% fair and worth every penny. We rented 2 bikes last minute one evening and Ashton promptly and kindly delivered them the following morning. The bikes were wicked, waivers were texted to us and completed online before he arrived. We were going to be 15 minutes late for our pickup time and he happily accommodated us. If you want to support local and have a beautiful day cruising around, I would certainly choose this company. I called every E-Bike rental around the Okanagan and no one offered the same service at this price with the good vibes! Thanks so much and can't wait to rent again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience from start to end. Rented 5 E bikes from E-Kruise (1 last minute). Had a blast. Quality bikes at reasonable prices. Delivery was on time and pick up at the end of the day was seamless. I can't think of a more convientate way to rent. This is the only way to enjoy all the Okanagan has to offer. My friends and I will all be repeat customers. Thank you Ashton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely phenomenal service. They were accommodating when we had an issue with our schedule. The staff is also very pleasant to deal with, and they show you how to use all the features when you rent. Bikes were in great condition, and prices were not expensive and on par with the rest of the places. They also offer a delivery service - for a fee. Which was a big plus!
You can rent more than just bikes. There are also paddle boards and e-scooters for rental as well. Definitely recommend for any rental needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelowna E-Kruise deserve a shout out. They are awesome. I have brought friends a number of times to share in the fun that is e-bikes. The customer service is great. I have yet to find anyone who doesn't enjoy the ability to see so much on an e-bike. If you are thinking about trying them, I highly recommend it. Give it a try! but I do warn you, you'll probably be less interested in your regular bike after!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must do in Kelowna, the best way to get around and tour wineries!! The staff are amazing, super helpful and very accommodating! Online rental was easy and we had the bikes dropped off to our front door! Highly recommend and can wait to come back, thanks EKruise.
