★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Running Room thinking I would get help with a good fit as I have a very wide foot. The sales staff was not at all helpful! I felt that he was just barely tolerating my presence!
Needless to say I was very disappointed, I spent $185 on shoes and expected to get at least a minimal level of service.
I can honesty say I have never had such poor service in a shoe store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed. I went in expecting knowledgeable staff and support to find the best fit, however this was not my experience. I had read online about how they offer gait assessment and other supports to find the right shoe, they didn't. The sales person helping me informed me their shift was ending and another sales person would help me, however didn't share any information first. Frustrating to have to start all over again and have the 2nd sales person bring out shoes I had already tried. Really they were just bringing me any shoe in my size, not taking into consideration my foot or needs. Overall a very disappointing experience, I ended up purchasing running shoes elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman who helped me was amazing and incredibly safety conscious then a male staff member walked in during my visit without a mask and when he finally put it on he kept it around his chin or under his nose the whole time I was in the store. Didn't feel like a safe space. I will look for an alternative next time. Didn't think the Running Room was anti-mask or would employé anti-mask employees. Love the shoes I got though.

The guy who helped us was super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & we made the right purchases (even though he appeared to be the only salesperson in the store & had to help multiple people).
