I heard one staff member say that he's lucky that those pants don't come in a large because the customer shouldn't be wearing them anyways. Low quality clothing for people loyal to the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a treat to shop at this location! I booked a personal helper (Katheryn) and had an amazing experience. Shopping alone AND in an unfamiliar style is intimidating and un-fun. The experience was over the moon great and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some clothes on Black Friday and this is how my stuff came... wrinkled and stuffed half out of a ripped bag...
Makes me wonder if it was something someone else had worn and returned, and they just stuck a new tag on it. It was not an marked down item so there's no reason for the plastic to be ripped open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy online, which comes extremely fast. I used to love most of their stuff, but unfortunately over the last few years product seem to have gotten worse and worse. Personally I think they need to fire all their designers and get back the material they used to use! Need more flare, straight and wide leg pants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to exchange my new Invigorate pants as the seam was fraying on the side. I decided to switch to the Swift Speeds, which I have absolutely fallen in love with. The changeroom lady was beyond helpful with the switch and determining the size as they fit different as compared to the Invigorate pants. The floor staff was friendly and helpful and ensured a positive experience.
Candace, the manager I believe, was rude and made me feel bad about making the exchange. She was quick to defend the product, which was clearly breaking.
Overall, I always have a good experience with the positive staff, and I absolutely love Lulu products.
