Great styles, great service, very attentive staff.
Felt like I was going through my friends' closet - as the staff were super insightful and knowledgeable, and just wanting to ensure that we were happy with our products.
I can't wait to come back to Kelowna to get some new dresses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair Freddy Jeans in Dec and went back in March with stitching coming undone. Manager would do nothing about it. I have worn them maybe 5 times and washed twice! You pay $300 for jeans you’d think they would show their quality or the store would acknowledge their poor product! Will never go back or recommend!!!
Regardless of what you say I paid these are $300 jeans, you would think after 4 months the seams an material wouldn’t be falling apart! I won’t support a store that won’t back up their products. I could see if there’s was wear and tear use if but I literally have worn them 5 times. Just goes to show how your store deals with product failures.

Very helpful staff, they went above and beyond to find styles for me. Absolutely the best boutique on the downtown scene not to mention the complimentary wine! A+++
